ABOUT ME
Leaders show up. They give themselves a chance to make a difference.
I’m Natasha, and if there’s one truth I’ve lived — it’s that leadership and mental health are deeply intertwined, and this inner alchemy applies to everyone.
Before I ever had the degrees, the certifications, or the leadership titles, I had the lived experience of navigating the messy, invisible parts of being human. I live with depression. Not the kind that always looks like crisis, but the quieter version — the days where everything feels slightly dimmed, where motivation is slippery, where the smallest tasks feel like uphill climbs. Some days it whispers; some days it shouts.
And through that reality, I learned something essential: You can’t lead others if you’re disappearing from yourself.
I’ve spent my career helping leaders and organizations transform pressure into clarity and complexity into direction. I use behavioral psychology, coaching, and practical brain-based tools to help people stay grounded when the stakes are high and the world is loud. I’ve built leader development strategies, run business wargaming simulations, and coached incredible people through big challenges and even bigger growth.
But the work that stays with me? It’s the moment a leader looks up — after weeks or months of overwhelm — and finally says, “I feel like myself again.”
That’s why I do this.
I believe mental health support should be accessible, realistic, and rooted in science. Medication and therapy when needed. Breath when you’re anxious. Journaling when you’re disconnected. Laughter that sneaks in like sunlight. Small practices that make it possible to keep showing up — not perfectly, but fully.
Because leadership isn’t just strategy or influence.
It’s resilience.
It’s presence.
It’s the courage to be human in front of other humans.
If you’re navigating burnout, rebuilding confidence, or trying to find your footing again — I’m here. Not to fix you, but to walk with you as you strengthen the parts of you that were never broken in the first place.
Together, we’ll find your way back to clarity. Together, we’ll help you show up — for your work, for your people, and most importantly, for yourself.
